Service description 

e-PAPER service may be used for electronic, certified mailing to registered bodies and for launching cases. Letters may be sent from the interface only if the body has joined the e-Paper service and if the user has a Citizens Mailbox.

Bodies providing e-processing are allowed to join the service in the manner described in the Accession Policy.

The service is available at epapir.gov.hu.
